Me’shell NdegéOcello – Plantation Lullabies

Plantation Lullabies is the 1993 debut studio album by American singer-songwriter, rapper, bassist, and vocalist Me’shell NdegéOcello (also Meshell Ndegeocello). It features the singles “If That’s Your Boyfriend (He Wasn’t Last Night)”, ‘Dred Loc”, and “I’m Diggin’ You (Like An Old Soul Record)”. Me’Shell was one of the first artists signed to Madonna’s Maverick Records in 1992.
